WCSS recruits new members from time to time. New members must pass a fairly rigorous review and selection process to ensure candidates are a good fit for our group. After selection, new members are placed on probabtionary status for 6 months during which time the candidate will be evaluated in a number to areas including aptitude, teamwork, investigative skill, attitude, and participation.

 

A WCSS associate candidate must meet the following minimum criteria in order to be considered for membership in our group:

 

Must not have any felony convictions.
Must not engage in illegal drug use.
Must be honest.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to follow directions.
Must be available on short notice.
Must have solid work & personal references.
Must be willing to adhere to our rules & bylaws.
Must be willing to review evidence.


If you feel you have what it takes and feel you are up to the challenge then send us an note and tell us about yourself.

NOTE: If you have a history of not getting along with others, not being able to follow rules, have problems taking direction, have issues with authority, or have an overly sensitive personality then you are not the kind of person we are looking for.  Ghost Hunting is a tough business and we are not looking to associate ourselves with any problems.
